Overview
As Operations Coordinator at Studios Ground Zero, you'll be the backbone of the studio's day-to-day. You'll keep projects, schedules, and logistics moving — from onboarding new artists to supporting client engagements and finance admin — working directly with the studio director and team leads.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day studio operations, schedules, and team logistics.
- Track production milestones and deliveries across client engagements.
- Own onboarding logistics for new artists — hardware, software licences, and access.
- Manage vendors, subscriptions, and studio purchases.
- Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic finance administration.
- Organize studio events, reviews, and team rituals that keep the culture strong.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, production coordination, or studio administration.
- Strong organizational skills across overlapping projects and timelines.
- Comfort with production and office tools (task trackers, spreadsheets, shared docs).
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Discretion with contracts, budgets, and sensitive information.
Nice to have
- Experience in a VFX, game, or animation studio.
- Familiarity with Québec hiring, contracts, or HR processes.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Curiosity for real-time tech and the worlds we build.
